A submission with a difference in that I am an online designer and usability sepcialist and I feel for so long our local online design and development industry has been hampered with a bandwidth starved industry and bandwidth starved average South African internet user.

With extra bandwidth flooding into and out of Africa it would be great to see our industry being able to catch up to the standards of international online agencies.
